Designed to maintain sub-ppm oxygen and moisture levels, it provides an inert gas-controlled environment to prevent degradation of sensitive perovskite materials during synthesis, deposition, and characterization.
This glove box features a welded stainless steel (SS 304) or acrylic body with vacuum-rated, double-seal ports to maintain ultra-low leakage and long-term stability. An integrated gas purification and circulation system removes oxygen and moisture continuously, ensuring ISO‑2 class level cleanroom-equivalent conditions for high-performance perovskite research.
The ergonomic design includes multiple glove ports with Viton or Butyl gloves, high-clarity transparent panels for visibility, and optional airlocks or load-lock chambers for contamination-free material transfer. Oxygen and moisture analyzers provide real-time monitoring with high accuracy and low maintenance.
Technical specifications include vacuum-rated gaskets, multiple glove ports, vacuum and purge valves, feedthroughs for electrical, gas, or vacuum connections, and manual or automatic pressure control.
