Laboratory Glove Box
Controlled Environment for Precision Laboratory Work
Safe Handling • Controlled Atmosphere • Reliable Operation
The Laboratory Glove Box from Burhani Engineering Technology provides a sealed and controlled workspace for handling sensitive, hazardous, or moisture/air-reactive materials in laboratory environments. It is designed for research, testing, and small-scale production, offering safe and precise manipulation of chemicals, powders, and electronic components.
The system maintains ultra-low oxygen and moisture levels when equipped with inert gas circulation and purification, protecting sensitive materials from contamination. Laboratory glove boxes can operate under inert gases (Nitrogen or Argon), ensuring consistent atmospheric conditions for accurate experimental results.
Constructed from high-clarity acrylic or stainless steel, the glove box features ergonomic glove ports, high-visibility panels, and robust sealing. Optional airlock or load-lock chambers allow contamination-free transfer of materials, while integrated gas purification systems maintain sub-ppm oxygen and moisture levels.
Technical specifications include vacuum-rated gaskets, multiple glove ports with Butyl or Viton gloves, transparent view panels, feedthroughs for electrical, gas, or vacuum connections, and manual or automatic pressure control. The system operates on 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz.
Typical applications include chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical research, electronics assembly, battery development, and additive manufacturing powder handling. Standard supply includes the glove box enclosure, glove ports with gloves, vacuum and purge valves, and user manual. Optional upgrades include automatic pressure control, oxygen and moisture analyzers, data logging, remote monitoring, and custom chamber dimensions.
Burhani Engineering Technology provides laboratory glove boxes designed for precision, safety, and reliability, supporting a wide range of laboratory research and industrial workflows.
